Warrawong Public School caters for children from Kindergarten to Year 6 and is located right next door to Warrawong High School. Students utilise the large grounds for lunch time games and sporting programs. The students at the school come from a diverse community with over twenty nationalities represented among the student population.
A community language program operates in Macedonian. The school has three support classes for students with special needs.
The school community is very supportive of school programs and practices. The Parents and Citizens Committee has worked hard to ensure that each class has an Interactive Whiteboard and that all students have access to the latest technology to support student learning.
The school's permaculture garden provides real opportunities for students to learn about the environment and sustainability.
