The Warrawong Community of Schools Permaculture Partners come together to for a celebration event each year. This is a wonderful opportunity for teachers, students, community members and business partners to see the host garden and talk with representatives from each of our partner schools.

Warrawong High School and the Intensive English Centre (IEC) joined together to create an extensive visual display of photographs and living screen of bromeliads. We provided an active participation event demonstrating how to pot up Chilli and Tomato seeds which guests could take home. Our Yabbies, on display from Marine Studies, were a great hit with primary school students.
The business partners were impressed with the work of the Girls Engagement Group who have skilfully re-purposed metal sheets into beautiful holders for Bromeliads. The plants are placed into screens to become a living wall.
